2022 Domaine Taupenot-Merme Mazoyeres-Chambertin Grand Cru France Château Feytit-Clinet 4 ha parcel — producedThe 2022 Mazoyres Chambertin Grand Cru has a mineral driven bouquet, more complex than the Charmes, offering tightly wound black fruit with attractive black pepper, minerally scents, and a hint of iris flower. The palate is medium bodied, very taut and linear, with fine boned tannins, focused with dark fruit towards the finish. This will probably land at the top of my banded score once in bottle.
